Other useful information and contacts
Alternatively, if you want to make an informal complaint about a hospital service, including some mental health services, you can do this through the PALs Team based at the hospital. Their contact details can be found on the relevant hospital website.
If you are not happy with the outcome of your complaint through the PALs Team you can still raise a formal complaint either through our NHS Advocacy Service or directly to the Hospital Trust Complaints Team. Their contact details can be found on the relevant hospital website.
You can contact both the PALs Team and the Complaints Team at the Royal Oldham Hospital.
