Learning Disability (LD) & Diabetes Survey
Our latest survey is designed to obtain the views and experiences of people with LD, their families, carers and support workers and look at whether there is an appropriate support offer in place that helps reduce the prevalence of diabetes for people with LD.
We want to ensure that there is an appropriate support offer in place that helps reduce the prevalence of diabetes for people with LD. To do this, we need to know what you think is working, what might need improving, whether the current offer is understood by those who care for and work with people with LD and how they might be able to better manage their diabetes.
This survey is open to anyone with LD, their family, carers and support workers. An easy-read version of the survey is available if you click here.
